We stayed at Koukias Village in September 2025. Our room was lovely and clean and bed linen and towels changed regularly. Air con and safe deposit boxes available at a reasonable extra charge. Lovely clean pool with comfy sunbeds and a great bar. Situated in a good location a few minutes walk from bus stop 18. 2 x mini supermarkets across the road plus a lovely little bakery. About a 15 min walk to Troulos beach. Close walking distance to Tavernas. Koukias do breakfast and lunchtime snacks which we found lovely and reasonably priced. There is a family barbecue once a week and themed nights in the bar.. Your hosts Kostas and Stefi are friendly and always willing to help . We had a fabulous stay. Thank you Kostas and Stefi for a great holiday We hope to return soon.

Had the joy of staying at Koukias Village as the last guests of 2025. Over the last 20 years I have been visiting Skiathos I have always visited the Pool Bar Ageliki and for the last two years have been out and stayed at Koukias Village on the first weekend of October. Kostas and Steffi are perfect hosts and the apartments are lovely. The Bar and Pool area hold many happy memories for me and my family over the years and I will recommend anyone in Skiathos to visit Koukias Village. See you in 2026 🙂 Tim

Stayed at koukias several times and going back for 3 weeks next year (2026). Lovely pool and bar and very friendly owners. A good Greek night once a week. Very convenient for the bus stop. Looking forward to next year

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 5 al 14 agosto. Le 2 stelle sono dovute esclusivamente alla tranquillità e alla posizione della struttura, ideale per raggiungere la maggior parte delle spiagge in pochissimo tempo. Per il resto camera datata, bagno ancora peggio e pulizia non soddisfacente. Il cambio biancheria veniva fatto ogni 2 giorni il che non è un problema ma andrebbe specificato in fase di check in. Purtroppo anche la piscina era piuttosto sporca. Peccato per il potenziale sprecato!
